As part of a coordinated effort to manage citywide fire coverage during an ongoing emergency, Truck Company has been temporarily reassigned to Harrisburg Bureau of Fire Station 1, commonly known as "The Uptown." This reassignment ensures uninterrupted service while Harrisburg City fire units respond to a significant second-alarm fire.

To further support the city’s fire operations during this critical period, additional coverage is being provided by mutual aid partners, including the Halifax Fire Department and the Dauphin-Middle Paxton Fire Company.

This strategic redeployment demonstrates the strong collaboration among fire departments in the region, ensuring the safety of residents and the continuity of emergency services during large-scale incidents.
